Com/Rad Inc. has provided service to the 2-way industry for over thirty-seven years. Besides backing up all of the product lines we sell, we also offer service to established or existing systems. Our experience is wide ranging. Our service shop is equipped with IFR service monitors, and other state of the art measurement and metrology. We utilize computerized work bench diagnostics and programming in order to facilitate repairs in a timely and cost effective manner. We offer full guarantees on all of our service and estimates are available.
Remember! It is not the hourly rate that counts it is the time in which your problem can be resolved. Our philosophy has demonstrated that a typical repair can be done in an hour or less, or the customer is notified and a resolution is decided at that point. This is one of the many reasons to trust your service to us.
Another consideration is the years of experience our staff brings to the project. Service personnel's training and technical background plays an important part in the efficient delivery of a repair.

Generally we have available inventory of the popular radios we advertise ready for immediate delivery. Quality and Service is assured in both single lot and carload sales! Service Rates and Pricing

Our service is charged on an hourly labor cost basis, which is typical in our industry. Our rates are based on Industry Standards and associated with prevailing overhead. If you require service to a product or system we will be happy to estimate the costs associated with your particular project. We welcome the opportunity to offer alternate bids, quotes and estimates. At Com/Rad you know up front the cost to complete the project.

Associate Dealer Program

Com/Rad offers companies, actively engaged in the radio business, to enroll as an Associate Dealer. This program can provide access to product lines and other services that normally may not be available to you, the dealer, on a local level. We offer leasing of test equipment and associated product also. Some restrictions may apply.

International Representation

Com/Rad was an active member of the Mid-America Arab Chamber of Commerce until the Chamber's voluntary dissolution in 1991. This Chicago based organization of noted individuals still maintains an association with its former membership with business and political links intact.

Com/Rad continues with a viable working relationship with the Middle East
