After this Raywood SnapShot picture was printed in Houston Texas newspapers, and shown on the local TV news, the thief surrendered to police.  He then confessed to this crime as well as several other unsolved cases.   In March 2000, the perpetrator shown in this picture was convicted and sentenced to 30 years for each robbery along with a $4000.00 fine.
